As a Business Analyst 3, you will function as the Business Workflow Section Chief and will supervise other business analysts and play an integral role with DDAP's data systems. You will work with substance use providers in the areas of case management, prevention, treatment and recovery support, and assist with their understanding of the data system while providing technical assistance. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As the Business Workflow Section Chief, you will lead the department's efforts to streamline and improve data reporting for the department. This professional actively engages in testing, troubleshooting, providing technical assistance, and analyzing data for the department's data systems and makes recommendations to improve the functionality of the data systems. You will be responsible for running reports and completing required data uploads to meet federal block grant requirements. In addition, you will assist with the department's internal computer inventory and identification of employee computer work stations. This is a leadership role in which you will supervise business analysts and assign work within the section to meet operational needs. Interested in learning more? - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Business Analyst 2; or
- Two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or
- Six years of business process analysis experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
