Post Doctoral Position Singh Lab Med-Immunology - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - ( 24008746 ) You will collaborate with Dr. Manakkat Vijay and Dr. Mohsen Mohammadi in the Singh lab, to analyze signaling mechanisms that control the generation of TIGIT-expressing plasma cell precursors using both murine and human cell systems. A particular focus will be the interplay of BCR and TIGIT signaling in plasma cell generation and their longevity. Insights from this work will be applied to the design of vaccines that can promote the generation of durable plasma cell responses. The proposed work requires strong expertise in immunology, signaling, and molecular biology. You have the requisite training and experience to deploy planned experimental approaches and to learn new ones. Qualifications Candidate must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in biomedical sciences.
