Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location : Plano, TX 75024 Duration : 12 Months Duties: Support a new product, design and lead complex engineering studies and experiments often with multiple variables; Analyze complex problems and identify their impact/ establish probabilities/ draw conclusions reflecting broad business needs/ set complex process requirements. Responsible for completing documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with business standards. Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams to support organizational goals. ?Evaluation of production equipment Production support and process validation. Troubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment Protocol and report writing Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation. Work with cross functional teams as required Develop and implement process improvements. Experience: Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical or Computer Science or related engineering or scientific field. 2- 5 years manufacturing engineering experience. Design, working with statistics, Prior medical device manufacturing engineering experience is mostly preferred. May consider candidates with 2-3 years experience, BUT must have background & experience. Preferred Experience: Demonstrated leadership capability in team settings. Ability to lead and motivate peers, drive change and problem solve with creativity. Software validations/ Writing protocols & reports, knowledge in developing new process Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential; Experience in FAT, commissioning & validation of manufacturing equipment.
