Description Location: Clearfield, St. Marys or State College Fiduciary Officers are dedicated to providing exceptional personalized service to their clients through the bank's premiere financial offerings. Below is a list of essential job functions. Additional responsibilities may be assigned in the position. PROVIDE ENHANCED CLIENT SERVICE Discovers customer needs, develops solutions, and implements plans to exceed customer goals and expectations. Engage in relationship management activities so that relationships are nurtured and expanded, and all additional needs are met. Administers Trusts, Estates, and Investment Accounts according to their documents and effectively communicates with Beneficiaries. Generate new wealth management opportunities from your book of business and networking. FOSTER OUR CULTURE Possesses and displays a positive attitude in managing change, working and communicating with others and adhering to policies and procedures under customer service standards. Proudly represents the corporation and become actively involved in the community in which he/she resides and works to promote goodwill and to generate new business. EMBRACES TECHNOLOGY AND CHANGE Possesses and displays a positive approach in managing and embracing change. Continually evaluates processes and procedures to effectively use technology for efficiencies and accuracy. FOCUS ON ACCURACY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL Performs accurate review and research for all maintenance, transactional and client related activities and requests. Adheres to bank policies, procedures, and regulations set forth at the Federal and State levels. Adheres to the customer service standards set forth by the bank. SEEK PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Takes advantage of training opportunities to advance knowledge of rules and regulations that impact all avenues of asset management. Additional training in this department will be required to take on additional client-advice responsibilities. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job requirement satisfactorily and a skills inventory is listed below. 4-year degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Prior experience in Trust Administration or Trust Operations preferred. 7+ years' experience in banking, financial services, or a related field required. CTFA professional designation preferred or must be willing to obtain. A background screening will be conducted.
This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. Noise level is moderate with constant communication and interactions with others. Ability to travel on occasion to all market areas and attend seminars or training sessions offsite. BENEFITS
