Description The Application Experience Specialist - CRM assists in management of the product life cycle for the corporations Customer Relationship Management system with full accountability for supporting the critical business application. This position emphasizes independent, creative thinking and leadership through collaboration. To succeed, the Application Experience Specialist - CRM should have a strong business background coupled with technical aptitude as they assist the primary Application Experience Officer to deliver end-to-end customer experience excellence. This position operates in a professional office environment with considerable time spent at a desk using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
