What You Will Be Doing:
- Manipulate data using large datasets and multiple data sources, reviewing for trends and patterns and then draw conclusions and recommendations.
- Analyze processes and programs in achieving stated goals, and provide recommendations if corrections are needed.
- Monitor and evaluate patterns, costs and trends.
- Develop Excel-based models and spreadsheets containing advanced functions that are used to evaluate historical trends and forecasts and to identify best practices.
- Write and modify existing programs for data extraction.
- Accountable for developing insightful and actionable summaries and recommending actions
Must Have Experiences / Skillls:
- 4+ years' work experience in data analysis, building conclusions from data, and developing recommendations to business partners and leaders
- Experience with analytics and inferential statistics.
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to create and use pivot tables and formulas)
- Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation and influencing skills
- High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
Nice to Have Experiences/ Skills:
- Risk Adjustment work experience
- Intermediate level experience writing SQL /SAS or related code
General Physical Demands Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.

We also conduct regular annual reviews with pay for performance considerations for base pay increases. Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $80,800 - $101,000, within a full range of $80,800 - $131,300
Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
