Responsibilities As our Residential Manager, you'll be the captain of our ship, steering the crew (aka Residential Supervisors) towards smooth sailing every day. Your mission? To ensure our Newport program runs like a well-oiled machine while keeping our core values front and center. Here's a sneak peek at your daily adventures: What You'll Do: Lead the Crew: Manage and mentor our amazing Residential Supervisors, giving them the feedback and training they need to shine bright! Be the Bridge: Act as the go-to liaison for our clinical team, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working together harmoniously. Uphold Our Values: Keep the Newport spirit alive by ensuring all locations embody our values and standards. Daily Huddles: Share updates, care plans, and a few laughs during our daily Flash meetings with the Residential Supervisors. Safety First: Use your keen eye to monitor safety protocols and ensure everyone is following the rules (and having fun while doing it!). Scheduling Wizard: Create staffing schedules, tackle scheduling hiccups, approve payroll, and manage PTO requests like a pro. Training Superstar: Present at new hire orientations and lead training sessions to empower our Residential Supervisors. Delegate Like a Boss: Assign responsibilities and provide support for any tricky employee relations issues that pop up. Recruitment Rockstar: Team up with HR to find and interview new talent, making sure we bring in the best of the best! Communication Guru: Be the friendly face that connects with other departments, ensuring smooth operations across the board. Crisis Management: Roll up your sleeves and jump in to manage any escalation or crisis situations on the floor. New Resident Welcome Wagon: Oversee the intake process for new residents, making them feel right at home from day one. And More: Be ready to tackle other exciting tasks as they come your way! Qualifications
Compensation for this role ranges from $71,000-$82,000 per hour depending on education and experience. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation. An individual's pay rate within the posted range is determined by several factors, including skills, experience, education, and market conditions. Additionally, we consider internal equity to ensure fairness within our organization.
