  • As a Renewals Success Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our customer success team, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, enhance customer experience, and foster account growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clients derive maximum value from our services while identifying opportunities for expansion within their accounts.

YOUR IMPACT

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely renewals and high retention rates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive on time renewals within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to address customer concerns, escalations, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities and articulate value propositions tailored to individual client needs.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights and feedback to drive product enhancements and service improvements.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term customer success and account growth.

  • Meeting attendance and/or facilitation

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of inside sales / renewals / account management experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capability to derive insights from customer data.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., D365), customer success platforms, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of renewal offerings, tools, processes and ePlus sales programs.
  • Able to communicate effectively with high-level decision makers and field sales members.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills for building long-lasting relationships.
  • Able to work independently; strong computer skills; able to learn quickly.
  • Possess the ability to quickly learn technology tools and maintenance support solutions by vendor and communicate the benefits to clients over the telephone and email.
  • Able to develop a territory/business plan.
POSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
