What You'll Do
- Testing and inspection services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Performing Quality Assurance Observations and preparation of field reports
- Performing field and laboratory testing
- Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED; Associate or technology degree in engineering, architecture, or construction preferred 2+ years of related field inspection experience in the construction industry required. Building enclosure or structural field inspection experience a plus - This position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height
Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - Mileage will be reimbursed
