JOB SUMMARY, DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS: Job Summary The Technology Manager for the Community Safety Simulation Center (CSSC) leverages their expertise in law enforcement to enhance simulation authenticity and participant learning experiences. This role integrates advanced simulation technologies, maintains equipment reliability, and ensures seamless operations while aligning programs with industry standards and real-world scenarios. The manager oversees equipment maintenance, data-driven resource planning, and confidential scenario management while facilitating high-quality, trauma-informed simulations. Collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and content designers, they develop innovative training materials, manage digital assets, and produce impactful video content. Additionally, the position supports the center's growth by cultivating partnerships, designing realistic simulations, and promoting offerings through strategic marketing efforts. By combining technical expertise, law enforcement experience, and collaborative program development, the Technology Manager ensures the center remains a leader in safety education and community engagement.
