JOB SUMMARY:
Cox Communications is seeking to add two new directors to their Strategy Planning team. These Strategic Planning Directors will join a team focused on supporting Cox Communications' Residential Core and Cox Media businesses. They will be a critical member of the leadership for the cross-functional businesses they support. The director will partner with executives to help shape their strategy to drive organizational success and achieve both short- and long-term results. This role is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the organization is best positioned to achieve its goals. Key focus areas will be around aspects of the core business, including development of strategies related to customer value proposition, video strategy, connectivity businesses, media advertising, business transformation, as well as focusing on key segments such as MDU. Location: This role requires that you reside within the Atlanta Metro area. This is a hybrid role, and the schedule is a mix of work-from-office/work-from-home. USD 159,400.00 - 265,600.00 Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $159,400.00 - $265,600.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
