This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Position Summary: The selected candidate will report to the Assistant Director, Managing Corporate Counsel, and provide ongoing business and legal guidance and risk analysis. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-divisional teams and executive management on strategic business initiatives and internal operations. The Corporate Counsel provides business and legal guidance and risk analysis to all CAS functional areas. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaborating with cross-divisional teams and management to plan and execute strategic business initiatives, supporting a global Sales team, negotiating and drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements and maintaining strong relationships with management, project teams, and peers across CAS. This role requires a focus on timeliness, continuous communication with stakeholders, a positive customer experience and an aim to find a win-win solution to move business initiatives forward.
