Residential Construction Loan Processor

The Residential Construction Loan Processor is responsible for all administrative tasks for residential construction loan processing, which includes but is not limited to working directly with builders for needed information regarding commercial loan requests, submitting appraisals, title searches, reviewing commercial loan documents for accuracy and various post-closing tasks. The RCL Processor will work directly with the Construction Lenders and the Director of Construction Lending in all matters and items that pertain to the construction lending department.

Collect and prepare necessary information required for each commercial loan type, including appraisals, flood searches and title as needed for new and existing loans
• Assist with email correspondence between builders, attorneys, and inspectors
• Review all commercial loan documents for accuracy prior to closing
• Verify that all pre-closing conditions have been met prior to authorizing funding
• Manage initial loan funding, including reviewing the settlement statement and processing wires
• Key new and renewing loans into the system (Ignite/nCino) within required timeline
• Prepare and send commercial loan packages within required timeline
• Create loan files and keep them updated
• Track and monitor due dates and loan maturities
• Track insurance requirements
• Assist with ongoing maintenance of loans, including changes to the loans, clearing loan exceptions, and Extensions
• Monitor Past Due loans and process loan payments, as needed
• Coordinate draw sheets and order inspections
• Issue funds for draws once inspection is complete
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years job related experience
• Ability to operate a personal computer using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of loan documentation and bank terminology
• Ability to use nCino is preferred
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers issues as well as co-workers
• Technical knowledge and proficiency to handle the activities and responsibilities of the job
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
