Senior Structural Engineer Onsite in Texas

Collaborative Leadership: Coordinate across disciplines to drive seamless project integration
• Design & Quality Review: Ensure technical excellence by reviewing and refining designs and data
• Project Planning & Estimation: Prepare studies, scopes, and estimates to guide successful project outcomes
• Project Management: Lead with confidence, managing budget, scope, and timelines with minimal oversight
• Innovative Problem Solving: Create new solutions to overcome complex technical challenges
• Field Investigation & Implementation: Engage in field investigations to ensure successful project execution
• Team Oversight & Mentorship: Guide and oversee technical teams to maintain high standards and quality

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of 7 years in heavy industrial design experience
• RISA or STADD Experience Preferred
• PE Preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
• Knowledge of discipline-specific computer analysis codes as well as standard office production software
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Familiar with the International Building code and building code design
• Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
• Familiar with concrete and steel design codes and with working stress and ultimate strength design approaches
