Job description
Coterra is hiring a Production Engineer in our Midland Office. JOB SUMMARY As a Production Engineer for Coterra, you will work as a key member of the asset development team and is responsible for monitoring and evaluating well systems in order to maximize the production and operations of oil and gas products. The incumbent is responsible for managing daily engineering and production activities, while also ensuring the quality and safety of the project and controlling associated costs. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMAND Work is typically performed indoors in an office environment. Incumbents must be able to perform work which includes typing, sitting and standing. In the event that incumbent visits operations worksite, personal protection equipment, including head protection, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes, and flame-resistant clothing is required. Safety rules including OSHA and DOT requirements are strictly enforced. Employees must be willing to travel and work extended hours on short notice.
