Loan Servicing Specialist

We are looking for a collaborative and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Specialist. In this role, you will perform various functions, including processing loan payments and payoffs, as well as maintaining accurate loan documentation. As a Loan Servicing Specialist, you will uphold a high level of customer service by responding to inquiries and using problem-solving skills to assist our customers. You will service existing loans of all types, including residential secured and commercial loans.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking experience preferred. This individual will possess working knowledge of computer programs, specifically Excel and Word. Additionally, the ability to adapt to changing technology and good interpersonal communication will be essential in this role. This position can be performed Onsite at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT or at our Mortgage Office in Burlington, VT.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $19.47- $22.47/hour depending on experience.
