PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION: The Staff Development, Employee Health RN facilitates and oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY: Reports to the Director of Nursing. #LI-OnSite
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS * Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing * Current Massachusetts Nursing License * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred * BLS EXPERIENCE * One year of management experience required Additional Job Description WNR, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
