About the Department

The Customer Experience team is dedicated to enhancing patient satisfaction through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and exceptional service recovery efforts. This team collaborates across departments to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all Lakewood Health System patients.

Mission for Position

The Customer Experience Representative - Data Processing plays a key role in collecting, analyzing, and utilizing patient satisfaction data to drive improvements in patient care and experience across Lakewood Health System.

Duties & Responsibilities



  • Develop and distribute internally generated patient satisfaction surveys.
  • Compile and analyze external survey results to create actionable insights.
  • Provide trend analyses to inform strategic decisions and improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager on action plans for organizational teams.
  • Work closely with department teams to improve surveying processes and outcomes.
  • Serve as a representative for grievance and service recovery efforts as needed.
  • Actively participate in committees, such as the Experience Council, to enhance customer satisfaction initiatives.
  • Process and compile survey results.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Manage clerical tasks, including document preparation and other duties assigned by the Customer Experience Manager.
  • Ensure effective communication of survey results to relevant stakeholders.



Position Type



  • This is a full-time position averaging 64-72 hours every two weeks.


Qualifications

Qualifications



  • Associate's degree or equivalent customer service experience required.
  • Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
