Summary The CAE USA Inc. (CAE) Director, Security Compliance will oversee and coordinate the security efforts across the CAE business related to matters of strategic importance, influencing senior leadership on new concepts, practices and approaches to minimize risks to the business, our personnel and company assets. This will involve building collaborative relationships with various functional organizations (e.g., IT, HR, Facilities Operations, Communications, Contracts, etc.) as well as with multiple program management teams. This position will establish and monitor budgets for all security functions. The Director, Security Compliance will be responsible for establishment, currency, and enforcement of all security-related policies and procedures, including Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) compliance documents (i.e., SSA, AOP, ECP and TCPs) and for ensuring the Security program is properly prepared for all internal and external security assessments. The Director, Security Compliance will be responsible for the management and development of a wide range of security professionals and will communicate with numerous external USG/Customer personnel. They will serve as the corporation's Senior Facility Security Officer and the Insider Threat Program Senior Official. This position requires advanced management, business knowledge, leadership capabilities and broad experience across multiple related professional disciplines. Security Responsibilities Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
