Responsibilities

Executes program activities with a high degree of independence (e.g. educational events, trainings, recruitment, orientation, graduation, site visits, etc.)

Partners with program directors concerning program management challenges and activities.

Provides measurable impact on operational effectiveness and attainments of training program objectives.

Creates processes for tracking data: Rotations, Case/Procedure logs, Work Hour compliance, Conference attendance, Evaluations, Scholarly Activity, QI/Patient Safety projects, Licensure, Vacation, sick time.

Creates, monitors and disseminates complex trainee schedules and manages rotation schedules throughout the year (entering into residency management system, verifying required training goals are met, etc.).

Annual Institutional MATCH Compliance for new residents, including ERAS system monitoring, ensuring all deadlines are met and complete across programs.

Monitors completion and compliance of work hour logs.

Assists with development of and ensures completion of formative, summiting, semi-annual, and final evaluations of the trainees. Sets up and manages 360 degree evaluations.

Ensures state licensure requirements are met by the program; maintains appropriate documentation for board eligibility.

Partners with program leadership in development of program-level policies and procedures.

Develop, set up, and lead the program's orientation process and materials to ensure accreditation, institutional, GME, and program requirements are met.

Submits required data to ACGME or other accrediting body; submits trainee information to Board organizations.

Completes and submits, in partnership with program director, the annual ACGME WebADS update.

Serve on program committees (e.g., CCC, PEC, etc.)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $18.26per hour - $29.58per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
