Who we are
Imagine what even the world's most exceptional organizations could achieve if all their employees were coached to be their absolute best.
At EZRA, we're on a mission to do just that. We believe that through professional coaching, people get to know themselves and their goals, weaknesses and hang-ups. And once they know all that, they can build on the good stuff and work on the rest.
This mindset applies not only to our clients but is manifested in our own EZRA family. We believe a happy team is a productive team. We want our people to care about and be proud of what they do.
The Role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will focus on EZRA's product expansion across key growth customers, supporting our sales function to drive pipeline growth in North America. This role will report to the VP of Marketing for the North America region, and will partner closely with our Solutions, Propositions & Strategy, Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations teams.

What You'll Do
  • Build a deep understanding of our target customers and buyers, ensuring the right product is marketed to the right buyer
  • Gain customer insights through qualitative and quantitative data-market trends, internal reporting, customer feedback, and more-to inform account expansion strategy.
Support Sales Execution:
  • Proactively partner with the Sales team on key deals to ensure they are armed with the collateral, competitor intelligence, and product knowledge necessary to win. Deep dive into deals from a marketer's viewpoint to uncover ways marketing can help position Ezra's products throughout the sales cycle.
Regional Collateral:
  • Work closely with the Solutions and Sales teams to develop and deliver engaging collateral for new and existing products. Maintain the sales collateral database to ensure all collateral is current, relevant, and impactful.
  • Weave together market dynamics, customer needs, and products to create compelling hooks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns across a variety of channels focused on embedding and expanding Ezra's product portfolio. Measure and report on the business impact of these campaigns.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to support go-to-market efforts: Win/Loss Calls, Surveys, Discovery Calls, Visits, and Renewals.
  • Manage product launches by collaborating with the Proposition and Strategy team, building capacity for internal teams, and creating materials that build demand from prospects and customers
  • Work closely with Proposition and Strategy and Sales Leadership to deliver talk tracks about market trends and intent data

  • Proven experience in creating persuasive and visually appealing marketing collateral and decks.
  • Successful track record in leading product launches, from strategy to execution.
