Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Contracts & Acquisition Management Analyst to join our team of talented consultants providing professional services to the senior leadership of NAVSEA 04 Industrial Operations. This individual will be part of a large, dynamic team supporting NAVSEA 04's mission of getting ships to sea and keeping them ready. Specifically, this individual will support the management and analysis of contracts and acquisition schedules. Responsibilities The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this position. Support development and management of an integrated acquisition strategy. Coordinate SEA 04 program acquisition documentation IAW DoDI 5000 guidance.
Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System, specifically shipbuilding contracts and scheduling. The ideal candidate can write at the executive level, has great attention to detail, and is skilled in using the Microsoft Office 365 tool set. Education and Experience: The following are desirable levels of experience:
Clearance Requirements: This position requires an active SECRET security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Location: Washington Navy Yard, D.C. three (3) days per week onsite. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a government-issued CAC and possess a Secret clearance. The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 (annualized USD). The good faith salary range displayed represents the position at time of posting and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. |
