The Sourcing Manager:

• Develop and implement corporate sourcing strategies in response to defined business objective.
• Develop and maintain supply chain market intelligence, cost models, and trend analysis in order to leverage corporate business performance, assure continuance of supply, and mitigate risk.
• Manage corporate level review of existing supplier contracts or agreements in pursuit of annual/continuous value enhancement opportunities, including GPO contracts, to ensure optimal savings.
• Create and maintain appropriate corporate spend, category management, and supplier performance data analytics/metrics.
• Work effectively across the organization to enhance internal & external customer satisfaction and develop sourcing and/or cost reduction strategies.
• Maintain regulated corporate level Sourcing operations in keeping with all applicable standards of accreditation, all regulatory requirements, and in support of SCM departmental continuous improvement initiatives/projects.
• Provides technical and corporate level support to Operational Buyers as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:.

• Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of business development/account management experience

Work Environment/Physical Activities:

• Proven ability to create and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Ability to problem solve, analyze, and give recommendations.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented and can organize and keep accurate records.
• Strong understanding of Medical Device/Biologic pipeline development.
• Overnight travel up to 25%.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable by Solvita's insurance provider.
• Must be able to perform the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
