Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines. Responsibilities Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal and personnel activities for LHS Therapy Services Department. Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity. Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations. Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies. Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor's in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Masters in Speech Therapy Four (4) years rehabilitation experience Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity Current NM License in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Pathology Preferred Job Requirements: Master's Degree in a related field Management of more than one therapy discipline
