TheClient Solutions Professional Iis Responsible for extensive research and obtaining bank generated documents and financial relationship data in response to client, third party, and line of business requests by utilizing the banks imaging systems and pre-conversion optical systems. Responsible for accurately documenting and archiving client requests and plans for each customer. Must comply with bank policy and procedure as well as ensure the bank is in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Time Management is a critical for meeting deadlines and court ordered compliance dates and ensures the reputation of the bank. You will prioritize requests from various sources and platforms for financial relationship data, bank generated documents, calculate balances/financial data and escalate concerns to leadership.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of an Associate's Degree and 1-2 years of collections, branch banking, or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
