Senior Manager, IT Network

Marvin Windows is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager IT Network to lead our network team and oversee the administration and maintenance of our company's IT networks. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability and security of our network infrastructure, supporting both our internal and external customers.

Manage team of 3 to 4 network engineers
• Provide technical direction and support related to the enterprise network structure.
• Set clear roadmaps with continual improvement.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and other teams to analyze and validate information needs and functional requirements.
• Coordinate, plan, and implement network security measures to protect the environment.
• Work with technology vendors to provide effective solutions for the enterprise.
• Provide network leadership for engineering, deployment and support teams.
• Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure stability.
• Develop and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships with business and IT teams.
• Engaging on top level issues to assist team and keep key stakeholders up to date.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including occasionally outside of normal business hours.

• Strong understanding of WAN and SDWAN technologies (Meraki).
• Strong understanding of network security and firewalls, including Palo Alto firewall experience (design, implementation, Panorama, and support).
• Experience in network segmentation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for company initiatives that require guidance with network requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and administering IT networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
