PAY: $146,000 - 182,000

JOB SUMMARY: MCSG Technologies seeks a Project Integrator to support the 392d Combat Training Squadron's (392 CTS) efforts to design, plan, and execute deployment of the Space Wargaming Analysis, Readiness and Mission-Planner (SWARM) capability to approved USSF units and Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises. The Project Integrator - SWARM Deployment position requires a mix of project management, technical, acquisition, and requirements development skills to ensure the smooth deployment and integration of SWARM into non-392 CTS units. This position is at Schriever Space Force Base, CO, and requires on-site support.

PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Lead the 3IS III contractor team responsible for designing, planning, and implementing SWARM deployment solutions in a variety of configurations (e.g., cloud-based, stand-alone, transportable).
  • Develop and execute a concept of operations (CONOPS) and comprehensive strategy for deploying SWARM to non-392 CTS USSF units.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including government stakeholders, to understand and meet deployment requirements.
  • Gather, document, and manage technical and functional requirements from various stakeholders to ensure initial SWARM functionality at non-392 CTS locations.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks during the SWARM deployment process to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
  • Define project milestones and deliverables, overseeing timelines and resource allocation to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate comprehensive testing and validation of deployed SWARM capability to ensure compliance with M&S and government standards.
  • Ensure SWARM deployment activities align with government regulations, security protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain detailed records of SWARM deployment processes, updates, challenges, and resolutions for internal tracking and required reporting.
  • Attend technical interchange meetings (TIM), in-progress reviews, and programmatic-level meetings related to 392 CTS-sponsored USSF exercises and mission-focused events.
  • Develop schedules, plans, and briefings; coordinate and monitor activities; and report on those activities through trip reports, briefings, meeting minutes, point papers, quad charts, etc.
  • Attend weekly organizational meetings, as necessary, to maintain awareness of the 392 CTS leadership priorities, tasks, and issues.
  • Carry out tasks as directed by contract leadership required to ensure 392 CTS mission success.



REQUIREMENTS:



  • Experience working in DoD or National space organizations.
  • Experience managing complex DoD projects with multiple stakeholders, including experience working with or supporting Government projects.
  • Experience applying project management skills and abilities to create and manage DoD project plans, resulting in the timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Experience using risk management concepts and strategies to ensure project success.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing technical and financial data to assist with financial and manpower resource allocation.
  • This position requires travel (5-10 weeks/year, depending on approved deployment sites).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing projects from initial design to completion.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP), certification, or a Certificate of Project Management from an accredited institution.
  • Experience developing or using M&S tools and capabilities (e.g., STK, Peregrine, RAPTOR, Standard Space Trainer (SST)).
  • Experience with DoD requirements, acquisition, contracting, or Programming, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes.


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 10+ years working in or for DoD organizations.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI Security.
