Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in leading client engagements, providing strategic thought leadership, and delivering innovative supply chain solutions. This individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions for clients, while also offering support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Presales experience is a plus.

In this role, you will:

Client Engagement & Leadership:



  • Lead client-facing engagements by providing strategic consulting, solution design, and thought leadership around Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying their business needs and proposing scalable solutions to address their supply chain challenges.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.


Solution Design & Delivery:



  • Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions, including modules such as inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, production, and transportation.
  • Create detailed functional and technical designs that align with industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
  • Oversee solution implementation, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.


Project Management & Support:



  • Guide project teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business analysts, in delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support and training to ensure smooth adoption and long-term success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery.


Presales & Business Development (Bonus):



  • Support sales teams in presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal creation, and responding to RFPs.
  • Provide input on solution estimation and resource planning for potential engagements.
  • Present compelling business cases to prospective clients, showcasing the value of D365 Supply Chain solutions.


Knowledge Sharing & Thought Leadership:



  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 product updates, supply chain trends, and industry innovations.
  • Share best practices, mentor junior team members, and contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives.



Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven expertise in at least two or more D365 Supply Chain modules (e.g., Procurement and Sourcing, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, Transportation).
  • Strong background in leading Dynamics 365 implementations, including solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality delivery.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Presales experience, including responding to RFPs, conducting demos, and creating solution proposals.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or related modules.
  • Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products such as Power Platform, Azure, or third-party applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
