We are seeking a dynamic SMB Marketing Manager to lead special projects focused on revenue growth initiatives and the optimization of distribution channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing complex marketing projects, driving business growth, and enhancing channel performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Technology, and Sales, to identify opportunities and implement strategies that align with our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute marketing projects aimed at driving revenue growth and optimizing distribution channels. Collaborate with internal team members to understand business challenges, develop strategic solutions, and implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of distribution channels. Work closely with channel partners to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive sales.
- Identify and carry out initiatives aimed at increasing revenue within the SMB segment. This includes developing marketing campaigns, exploring new market segments, and optimizing pricing and promotional strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive project success.
- Establish key performance indicators for marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to senior leadership and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy for a large corporation or strategy consulting focused on growth marketing. Experience leading special projects, revenue growth initiatives, and channel optimization. Experience in the SMB sector is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to build financial models, conduct ROI analysis, and manage budgets effectively.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and partner management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to executive leadership.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
- Collaboration: A team player with experience working in cross-functional teams and handling multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment leading multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.

Base Pay Range: $129,700 - $234,000
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
