What does a Human Resources Field Support Intern at Swire Coca-Cola do?

As an intern on the HR Field Support team, you play a crucial role in supporting front-line leadership and employees within Swire Coca-Cola. Job Details:

This position is for a summer internship from May 2025 - August 2025

Responsibilities:

• Field Support Training Program




• Review current materials and benchmark best practices
• Identify technical competencies required for field support roles
• Build out training curriculum and materials




• Field Support Team Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development




• Benchmark across field support team for best practices
• Develop SOPs and define delivery and implementation mechanisms

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2025 or later
