Environmental Health and Safety Intern

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Intern to join our Summer 2024 Rising Talent Program in Indianapolis, IN!

The Environmental Health and Safety Intern will assist in the local implementation of global environmental, health, and safety programs, including auditing safety data sheets, chemical inventory, and departmental compliance with equipment instructions. Additional responsibilities include supporting injury investigations, corrective actions, and ensuring the Lock Out/Tag Out program and training materials are current and up to date.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $19 - $23per hour. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Pursing a bachelor's or master's degree with anticipated graduation date in December 2025 through Spring 2027
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May-August 2025)
