Join a global leader in color solutions, performance coatings, and advanced materials! We're seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment to oversee warehouse, shipping, and inventory operations.

Hours:

• Monday - Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

?? What You'll Do:

• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Load/unload shipments and verify accuracy with Bills of Lading and Packing Lists.
• Manage ERP transactions for shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking.
• Conduct cycle counts, label products, and assist with production order paperwork.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Customer Service for seamless operations.
• Process UPS/FedEx shipments and perform various inventory-related tasks.

?? Your Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of shipping/receiving experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS/SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Leadership skills and knowledge of inventory procedures are a plus!
