Onsite - Buffalo, NY

Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Commercial Aftermarket (CAM) Global Materials Specialist to join them. You will report to the Process Manager and will have an onsite, 1st shift work schedule in East Aurora, New York.

To be considered for CAM Global Materials Specialist, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

As a CAM Global Materials Specialist, you will:

  • Repair manage CAM Repairs and Transitions for various sites and programs.
  • Responsible for the analysis and maintenance of part planning parameters in line with the established materials strategy, inventory plan, and demand profile of the business.
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss individual piece part/program status, and support audits as needed for customer owned inventory.
  • Communicate identified customer delivery gaps and priorities and monitor progress to completion.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, within the functional Planning department as well as the Value Stream teams.
  • Prioritize a variety of tasks at any one time and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Aftermarket team to identify new customers and implement growth plans for strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with internal operations to ensure on-time delivery performance targets are met and expedite when required to include proactively monitoring strategy implementation and contract compliance within Moog repair supply base.
  • Maintain and communicate monthly KPIs, metrics, and data analysis of global materials.
  • May travel to Moog sites based on business conditions.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $75,000.00-$120,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
