General Labor, Production isresponsible for the final forming of the units to product specifications and slicing product tops to specification. Aligning product entering the oven on to the proofer board. Monitoring the quality of the product on the, Rheon line, Proofer boards, exiting the oven and packing. Assure that scheduled budgeted pounds are completed while maintaining waste control. Document line checks accurately and timely. The incumbent are to maintain the sanitary conditions of the Rheon line, Proofer, Scoring, Oven and packing areas to meet safety and GMP's standards. Responsibilities:
