Position Overview
This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the total manufacturing operations of the Sheboygan, WI site which consists of thirty personnel. Leads and directs all activities associated with the production effort including environmental, safety and health assurance, recruiting/training/development of operation personnel, directing the production workforce, maintaining inventories of raw materials, and finished goods, and optimization of process efficiencies. Implements Company policy, safety, environmental and quality programs, and employee relations policy. Coordinates efforts between production areas and other business functions and represents Diboll, TX. Effectively leads the site and its people in alignment with overall business goals. Champions site Productivity projects that drive cost and variability reduction. Job Responsibilities
