TEKsystems is looking for an experienced Alarm Technician to perform Fire Alarm service and inspections. The Work will be performed within a 2 hour drive radius of Ashland Kentucky. The primary work will be supporting customers service tickets. Medium to large sized customers in the retail, warehouse, commercial and corporate environments. The right candidate will demonstrate experience in Servicing and Inspecting some of the following fire alarm products: Edwards Fire alarm panel (priority need) Honeywell fire Bosch fire Simplex (not used as much as other) Kentucky state license required for fire alarm NICET - candidates who are working on their NICET certifications would help also - Level 1, 2, 3 are the typical NICET certs. *Skills* Security, Service, Low voltage, Cabling, Access control, fire alarm system, fire alarm installation, Troubleshooting, Alarms, Installation, Punchdown, Install, Cctv *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00 * Medical, dental & vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital * 401(k) Retirement Plan - Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available * Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) * Short and long-term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program * Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Ashland,KY. *Application Deadline* This position will be accepting applications until Jan 25, 2025.
