Position Summary The Administrative Assistant manages the day-to-day functions and supports the responsibilities of the office of the Associate Dean of the School of Education (SOE) and the Assistant Dean in the Office of Clinical Experiences and Partnerships (OCEP), which supports all students through their clinical experiences (i.e., field experiences, student teaching, and/or residency) with the goal of providing innovative support to the PreK-12 education community. This position manages data, projects, and communications to assist the SOE to achieve the school's diversity, equity, and inclusion vision and mission. This role also manages and supports the use of technology business applications for improving productivity and inclusion in the SOE, collaborates closely with Human Resources, supports effective internal communications to a diverse population, and is the curator of SOE policies. Salary for Announcement Under Colorado law, MSU Denver is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is $41,200 - $61,800. The anticipated hiring range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $51,500 - $55,000.
