Responsibilities Classification: Non-Exempt, Non-Bargaining Relies on experience and judgement to accomplish tasks. Analyzes and revises shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customer needs. Relies on working knowledge of PeopleSoft Inventory and Purchasing modules to perform specific tasks related to inventory transactions. Candidate will work under direction from management, but also must be self-directed to maintain transactional requirements of distribution inventory. Enter material requisitions in PeopleSoft including correct coding and knowledge of the workflow approval process. Process PeopleSoft RTV's (Return to Vendor) and identify the need for RTV for Credit or RTV for replacement including understanding of vendor RMA process. Process PeopleSoft receipts against Purchase Orders for shipments. Enter MSR's (Material Stock Requests) into PeopleSoft and must understand issuing product from inventory and the replenishment process. Perform both daily and annual Cycle Counting of inventory. Assists Distribution team in day-to-day functions, including checking in incoming shipments, putting material away, and pulling orders for internal customers Coordinates and processes shipping methods with Fed Ex and USPS. Maintains inventory tracking reports. Maintains Match Exception Process and work with Accounts Payable and/or Purchasing to clear receipt exceptions.
