Supporting the Exiger Product requires a wide range of skills and experiences. Our product makes use of components such as Big Data Natural Language Processing, multiple 3rd Party Product Integrations, several different data repository types, and many other components. As a result, providing support requires agility and critical thinking to learn and then effectively apply what you've learned to the day-to-day application and operational challenges which arise as a part of Production Support. The Production Support team at Exiger iterates and adapts our processes quickly to arrive at the right mix of solutions required to handle the challenges which arise in a 24x7 production support environment. Key to this is our ability to work closely as a team, and jointly with other Exiger Teams (Development, Infrastructure, Sales, others) to ensure the delivery of the best Customer Experience possible.

The Application Support Intern will be a member of the Production Support team and will be expected to provide technical support across Exiger's product suite. The Application Support Intern will work with prospective customer accounts (PreSales). Will assist with customer onboarding - Acquisition, Configuration/Enablement, and Operations - as well as engage in BAU activities required to ensure the smooth operation of the Exiger Product.

This position is a full-time paid opportunity located in New York City (Hybrid: NYC Office + Remote). Candidates will be expected to work from our (NYC) office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and work remotely otherwise. It is available to candidates in the surrounding area and will begin on 6/2/25 and end on 8/8/25.

This position requires an outgoing, confident individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills. This position requires the ability to independently navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to quickly assimilate technical information and apply it will be key to your success. It will be a bonus if you also enjoy the challenge of developing and optimizing efficient solutions which benefit our end-users, stakeholders and just as importantly, benefits the Application Support Team.

What You'll Do:



  • Develop a working knowledge of the product suite (product training will be provided).
  • Provide end-user application support.
  • Coordinate and prioritize support requests.
  • Facilitate problem-solving between end-users and development teams
  • Analyze and troubleshoot problems effectively while minimizing response time.
  • Take ownership of support issues through final resolution.
  • Provide regular updates to end-users and stakeholders throughout the issue handling process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through end-to-end support solutions.
  • Identify escalation situations and follow the appropriate escalation procedures.
  • Participate in special projects such as application user migration, product updates, process optimization and automation, etc.


What You Need:



  • Currently pursuing, or graduated, with a Bachelors in Computer Science, or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to execute independently, while still actively engaging in a collaborative team environment.
  • The ability to multitask while balancing competing priorities.

This position will pay $25.00/hr.
