Job Description: Amplify is looking for a User Researcher to support our Launch and Platform teams, the teams responsible for licensing and enrollment, entitlements, administrator and login experiences, entryways, onboarding, and global navigation. This role will oversee research on a diverse group of user experiences, ranging from highly technical applications to internal tools. In this role, you will work directly with Product, Design, and other research teams to better understand how users are interacting with our platform and evaluate new features and experiences developed by Product teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about building the best possible experience for teachers, students, and administrators. This role will work across several Amplify Product teams and will report to the Director, User Research. Essential Responsibilities:
