What part will you play?

The Technical Project Coordinator will oversee the data collection efforts for an ongoing client program. This role involves managing the logistics of moving and setting up large camera rigs (approximately 200 lbs on wheels) for data collection sessions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, scheduling participants, and ensuring the smooth execution of data collection events.

What will you be doing?

• Rig Management: Transport, set up, calibrate, and secure camera rigs at various locations. This will require driving a van equipped to transport the rig.
• Proctoring Sessions: Organize and manage proctoring sessions, ensuring participants are properly briefed and data is collected accurately.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Research, UX, etc.) to identify suitable locations, secure participants, and schedule data collection sessions.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with participants, providing instructions, answering questions, and managing rescheduling as needed.
• Data Handling: Oversee the transfer of collected data to the cloud, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Logistics: Handle day-to-day logistics, including participant consent forms, incentive payments, and wayfinding

Travel:

This position includes occasional regional/ overnight travel, up to 20% monthly.

Safety:

• Capable of regular lifting of OSHA compliant weight requirements.
• Compliant in any and all required training for Construction Safety, OSHA, LAB, and Company standards.

What do we require from you?

Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in a project coordination/ project administration role (or similar), supporting complex projects in a technical/ corporate environment.
• Highly proficient with a wide range of enterprise software and hardware devices.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite and product solutions.
• Capable of communicating with clients on a technical and professional level
• Experience supporting users in an engineering environment.
• Experience with C-level stakeholder interaction

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

AVIXA CTS certification

Other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus of the position.
