Who We Are ...

SourceAmerica is searching for a Quality Manager to join its team. The Subject Matter Expert for Quality provides leadership and drives the development, training, rollout, management, and evaluation of quality management systems (programs and processes) in support of nonprofit agencies (NPAs) members. The Subject Matter Expert for Quality (SME) supports key strategies, objectives, and initiatives emphasizing the delivery of quality services and products to Federal customers at fair market prices.

Due to the job requirements - the ideal candidate would be based in a U.S. central state.

What You Will Do ...

As a Quality Manager, your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.



  • Oversee and assist nonprofit agency (NPA) members, SourceAmerica Account Management, and Federal customers to ensure compliance with quality-related requirements on their contracts.
  • Using strong business and quality knowledge to drive improvements in quality management, operational awareness, and productivity
  • Assessing NPA performance against AbilityOne contract requirements and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing Issues and formal Corrective Actions in the corporate ERP system.
  • Supporting NPA performance on AbilityOne contracts by participating in on-site reviews and by monitoring key indicators of contract performance.
  • Collaborating with Account Management and Technical Support staff to provide assistance and offerings for industry best practices to NPAs.
  • Assisting NPAs with problem resolution and customer relationship management issues.
  • Business travel is required for this position based on business need (25-35%).
  • Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.


Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $95,000 - $100,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

What You Must Have ...



  • Associate's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience and knowledge of Federal government contracting requirements for quality assurance and compliance.
  • ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, Quality Auditor, or Quality Engineer.
  • Experience working with NPA's that work with people with severe disabilities.
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced service or production environment.
  • Working experience and technical knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Baldrige Performance Excellence) and process improvement methodologies, techniques, and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Working knowledge of quality control standards and measurement techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid team and business relationships with customers using strong interpersonal skills and sound business judgement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with facilitating/mediating meetings among customers and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to document processes and project plans through conception, development, implementation, and execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to deliver training, make presentations, and speak to target audiences.
  • Creativity and innovation in problem solving.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • ASQ Certifications: CQA, CQE, CMoQ/OE
  • Knowledge and experience in Quality-related CMMS implementation, reporting, and training related activities.
  • Knowledge and experience in Federal contract management.
  • Federal government contracting experience.
  • We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes- experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.


Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model. Due to the job requirements - the ideal candidate would be based in a U.S. central state.
