Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hour + Monthly Commission ($250-$300) and Quarterly Profitability Bonus

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on selling printed labels and related products to businesses, industrial establishments, and individuals via phone and in-person interactions. As an Account Manager, you will also provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and convert leads into sales.
• Write job tickets and accurately enter detailed information into the computer system.
• Collaborate with the estimator to quote prices and prepare sales orders.
• Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
• Estimate delivery dates and resolve customer inquiries or problems.
• Maintain clear communication with customers through phone, email, and written formats.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software.
