Johns Hopkins Ped at Home is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will:

• Provide direct clinical care and develop specific programs to address patient needs.
• Participate as a key member of an interdisciplinary patient care program.
• Maintain updated knowledge and application of therapy techniques.
• Deliver in-services to healthcare personnel regarding current and acceptable therapy practices.
• Evaluate patient needs based on physician's plan of treatment and implement tailored treatment programs to enhance physical and mental functioning or adjustment to limitations.

This position operates under the general direction of a clinical manager and plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of care provided by our organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred).

• Ability to function independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities to engage with diverse populations and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Strong decision-making and judgment skills.

• Current Occupational Therapy license in Maryland or the jurisdiction of practice.
• Valid Maryland driver's license, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle (must comply with Maryland's mandatory seat belt law).
• CPR certification.

• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in a hospital or nursing home setting.
• At least one (1) year of experience in home health care as an Occupational Therapist (preferred).

Salary Range: Minimum 30.62 per hour - Maximum 55.56 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
