THE JOB: Are you a skilled Producer with a passion for creating exceptional content while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment? At MGM Resorts International, we're searching for a talented and collaborative Producer to join our internal agency-style team. From concept to delivery, you'll play a vital role in crafting assets that bring our world-class brand to life.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Partner with internal photographers, videographers, editors, animators, and external vendors to create dynamic assets that align with MGMRI's iconic brand. Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production, ensuring all projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet creative objectives. Work closely with stakeholders across properties and internal business units, maintaining a service-first mindset and fostering strong partnerships. Develop and refine creative concepts and storyboards, ensuring projects align with brand standards and exceed audience expectations. Manage budgets, timelines, and creative parameters, delivering polished, high-quality content that supports MGMRI's mission to entertain and captivate.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1+ years of experience as a Producer, Post Producer, or in a similar role, with a portfolio or reel showcasing your work. A degree in Broadcast, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with editing and post-production tools (hands-on editing skills are a plus but not required). Exceptional organizational skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
