Position Summary: Milliman MedInsight is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff. This is a Seattle-based, hybrid role. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the MedInsight leadership team, ensuring efficient management of calendars, travel arrangements and monthly expenses. This role will support staff meetings and events both on and off-site. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for welcoming guests and vendors on-site, maintaining office inventory, and stocking kitchen and supply closet. As a member of the Business team, this position will contribute to special projects as capacity permits. Position Responsibilities
