Account Specialist - Jacksonville, FL Direct Hire \| Monday-Friday \| 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Vaco is hiring an Account Specialist for a direct hire opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida! Position Overview: Join our team to help drive marketing strategies, promotional activities, and sales growth within assigned accounts/channels. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful product launches, strengthening distribution, and aligning corporate and channel goals. Key Responsibilities: Business Planning: Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop and execute annual account strategies. Identify product, promotion, and merchandising opportunities. Monitor sales trends, pricing, and industry analysis with the Marketing Insights team. Stay updated on trends, competitive landscape, and account activities. Maintain planning tools like promotional calendars and new product launch schedules. Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and events. Promotional Planning: Partner with Sales Managers to plan seasonal promotions aligned with inventory and sales goals. Track and evaluate promotional performance to optimize future campaigns. Manage budgets for trade marketing activities. Trade Advertising & Marketing Support: Manage product catalogs, launches, and merchandising strategies for assigned accounts. Collaborate on marketing materials, social media content, POP displays, trade advertising, and promotions. Work with Product Management on new item setups and launch support plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree + up to 5 years of sales or marketing experience in consumer products. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to influence decision-making and manage projects. High attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
