Location: Windsor, Co and Brighton, Co in office (will split time between 2 locations but work primarliry in Windsor, Co) This is an on site role The Global Talent Acquisition team at Vestas is inspired working for a global leader of renewable energy. As a member of the broader People and Culture organization within Vestas, you will join a committed Talent Acquisition team who is enthusiastic about attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to Vestas. We are responsible for the overall candidate and client experience, engaging and inspiring our teams to deliver the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with our global strategy, policies, and processes. We are a highly collaborative organization and work closely with people leaders, People & Culture colleagues and other key stakeholders. An important part of this role is to be a trusted advisor for the business, ensuring that hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders receive a professional recruitment experience. In addition, you will also play an important part ensuring visibility into current and future business hiring needs and workforce planning. Responsibilities * Engage and inspire a team to lead and efficiently handle the full recruitment lifecycle of Talent Acquisition in your functional area * Ensure compliance with our global recruitment policies and processes * Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and HR Business Partners to clearly understand current and future resource requirements, providing robust sourcing strategies for these hiring needs * Further develop and improve recruitment process within the manufacturing organization * Translate talent acquisition know-how into a value adding trusted partnership with all internal and external stakeholders * Provide insights on labor market trends and opportunities for different job families, focusing on production/manufacturing hiring * Ensure suitable talent pipelines to meet immediate and future hiring requirements * Fully understand the employment laws within the United States. Specific knowledge on employment laws in Colorado would be highly encouraged knowledge. * Supervise and collaborate in employer branding initiatives and activities, contributing to Vestas' must win battles * Advise third party vendors, create strategic support for business recruitment needs, and ensuring KPI targets and compliance requirements are met and adhered to * Assist in processes for recruitment vendor invoices Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * 5+ years experience in TA/Recruitment capacity * Manufacturing/high volume recruitment environment highly preferred * Experienced in being a trusted advisor and effective cross-cultural stakeholder management at all organizational levels * 1+ year experience in team leadership/project management * Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and ensure effective collaboration throughout the recruitment process. * Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and HR Business Partners to clearly understand current and future resource requirements, providing robust sourcing strategies for these hiring needs * Fluent in verbal and written English in a business setting * Experience in effectively handling external recruitment vendors preferred (RPO, Agency, ETC) * Solid understanding of employment laws and legislation in Colorado is especially beneficial Competencies * Significant stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills as well as experience in navigating in an international matrix organization * Creative ability to innovate through process improvement * Effective team engagement and management * Business insight and the ability to translate your knowledge into improved workforce forecast and future talent pipeline needs and solutions * High level of flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities * Ability to prioritize and problem solve while maintaining agility * Skilled in showing initiative and creativity towards finding suitable resourcing solutions and cost savings initiatives * Deliver quality of and adherence to data and processes by all connected to your function including external vendors * Promote and model Vestas values in Accountability, Simplicity, Collaboration and Passion Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000 USD Annually CCPA Notice for California Applicants BEWARE - RECRUITMENT FRAUD DEIB Statement About Vestas |
