As a Secondary Investor Relations Analyst, you will put together program development and applications for new investors in an on-going process of evaluating and making recommendations to management for consideration of new investor relationships. You will do renewals and recertification for agencies, correspondent investors, and brokers. You will do BNY Mellon custodial document relationships for Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie. Maintain Comergence (3rd party application and recertification), make Board of Director resolutions and application documentation, and do technology management for agencies, investors, and brokers (training coordination, user ID and password maintenance, website access for training, updates, and programs, monitor agency websites) You will be responsible for a variety of reporting and tracking tasks including:



  • Market movement throughout business day - daily
  • MIAC reporting archive - daily
  • Chase CRA - run and submit LMI report - weekly
  • Call Report input to VP, Controller - quarterly
  • Agency & BNY Mellon invoice tracking - monthly
  • Production Stratification - on going
  • Audit requests from agencies
  • Agency and investor scorecard submissions to Compliance - monthly
  • Maintain hard copy and digital records of agency and investor approvals, LPA's, recertification, invoices, user interface
  • FHA branch additions, renewals, deactivations
  • Special projects assigned by CFO



Additionally, are expected to do an analysis (focus on cost saving/efficiencies), solve problems, and manage vendors by establishing new relationships and maintain them annually. You will use Encompass for system reporting, data integrity, loan loss mitigation analysis. Also, you will do invoice payment verification and processing, and process and track (for CFO) agency and investor EPO/EPD, repurchase, indemnifications. You will interact with other departments (Sales, Operations, Post-Closing, underwriting (Scenario), Appraisals, Servicing, Accounting, Compliance, and PB-Kansas) for Secondary Marketing operational requirements, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.



  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience in the Secondary Marketing/Mortgage field

Work Environment:



  • Office setting with traditional hours.
  • Standing for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).
  • Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).
  • Must be able to push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, for either extended periods of time or many times throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
