The SAP Solutions Architect will be a key member of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team, charged with defining, developing, and executing strategies that enhance service delivery and support global business objectives for One Molex. In this role, this person will act as the SAP Principal Architect, designing ERP solutions tailored to specific business needs. They will also bridge the gap between Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, and the Business, ensuring that the technological vision is aligned with business objectives. This role demands a deep understanding of the PBM Framework, and the establishment of internal service models related to the Molex Technology Lifecycle, with a focus on enterprise applications.

You will work for the ERP group known for its collaborative and diverse approach to digital transformation. Our team comprises over 50 individuals working across various regions to support our global operations.

What You Will Do
* Evaluate and translate business requirements into comprehensive technical strategies, ensuring alignment with IT aspects such as business, information, and technology.
* Lead the design and architecture of ERP solutions, creating detailed recommendations, roadmaps, and performance analyses for optimal results.
* Coordinate and manage project activities across multiple workstreams, providing technical leadership and clear communication with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
* Document client-user stories, technical constraints, and requirements, while developing detailed component specifications and advocating for best practices.
* Produce test plans, develop proofs of concept to validate solutions, and identify project risks, presenting effective alternatives to resolve issues.
* Research and stay ahead of new technologies and solutions, sharing insights and best practices within the company to drive continuous innovation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* You have at least 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems in a large-scale, multi-platform environment
* You possess deep technical expertise in two or more modules such as Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM)and Warehouse Management (WM).
* You bring proven project management skills, ensuring the timely and systematic completion of assignments.

What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirements
* SAP certification(s) relevant to the role, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate.
* Proven experience in SAP solution architecture, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing business decisions related to SAP technologies.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100,000- $120,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
